Mahdi Farmahini Farahani

Arad founded FEZtool and leads its research and development. He sets the scientific direction of the ecosystem, proposes new methods and packages, and checks that each tool stands up to research use.

He is a geophysics PhD researcher in the Department of Earth and Environmental Science at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His published work applies FEZrs to principal component analysis of Landsat 9 imagery, to K-means clustering and spectral indices for land-use and land-cover mapping, and to land-cover classification in engineering geology.
